Grades: 6-12 

What to Expect on a Typical Sunday:

Sunday School: An hour of focused time studying the Word of God. We officially start at 9:30 and enjoy a brief time of food and fellowship with each other before we dig into our lesson for the week.  In the past, we have rotated through topical studies that are pertinent to the lives of teens, and we also study through specific books of the Bible.

Youth Group:  This time is typically more laid back on Sunday evenings. We start off upstairs in the Youth Room at 6:00pm; just follow the signs in the back of the church. We work through Scripture with a talk and some discussion along the way. After our lesson, we get to hang out with each other and typically play games, ranging from basketball to wild and crazy games that may be completely made up by us. We typically go until 7:30pm.

Events, Like What?

We have events such as lock-ins, bowling, game night, skating, visiting a corn maize, and bike rides. The purpose of the events are not just to have fun, but to spend time with other members of our Youth Group outside of our typical church time together.
